This drawing was created using white and black charcoal along with white gel pen on toned blue paper. This piece was made as a large animal portrait study, and it came along with a very experimental textured background. The drawing itself is large, and measures 19.5 by 25 inches. This study was a precursor to the large Sphynx drawing.
